Terms of Service

These Terms of Service outline the basis on which Anreli Corporate provides photography, videography and corporate content production services to clients in Mauritius.

1. Quotes and bookings

All project pricing is provided by custom quote based on scope, duration, location, crew required, deliverables and turnaround time. A quote is valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A confirmed booking requires written acceptance of the quote and, where applicable, payment of a deposit.

2. Deliverables

Deliverables are specified in the quote or project agreement. Typical delivery includes processed digital files delivered via a private online gallery or download link. Raw files are not included unless expressly agreed.

3. Usage rights

Unless agreed otherwise, clients receive a licence to use the final delivered images and videos for corporate, marketing, internal and editorial purposes. Anreli Corporate retains copyright and may use selected material for portfolio and promotional use with the client's consent.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellations made within 48 hours of a confirmed shoot may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be communicated as early as possible.

5. Payment

Payment terms are specified in the quote. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is due on booking with the balance due on delivery of the final deliverables.

6. Liability

Anreli Corporate will take reasonable care during production and delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided for the specific project. We recommend clients confirm venues, schedules and required permits in advance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
